交流永磁伺服系统性能测试实验平台设计及应用

摘要 为验证交流伺服驱动系统的性能,设计了一套交流永磁伺服系统性能测试实验平台。该实验平台由被测伺服驱动器-电动机系统、负载和数据采集系统组成,借助于该实验平台,开发出了本科生科研创新实验——交流永磁伺服系统性能测试开放实验。实践表明,该实验平台为学生提供易于创新的实践环境,有效提高了学生专业知识综合运用能力和科研创新能力。 Servo drive system is an important component of the numerical control( NC) machine. To test the performance of AC permanent magnet servo drive system,Xi'an Jiaotong University designs the testing platform which includes servo driver-motor system,load system and data acquisition system. The servo driver is the product which was invented and designed independently by Xi'an Jiaotong University digital control and equipment and technology research room. The scientific research innovation experiment to test the performance of AC permanent magnet servo system was set up on the base of the testing platform for undergraduate. This way is to apply research achievements to practice teaching progress. It not only enriches the experiment content,but maintains the advancement of practical teaching. The testing platform provides an innovation atmosphere and improves effectively students' comprehensive application abilities of professional knowledge and innovation abilities in scientific research.
