摘要
针对某武器装备的伺服控制组件检测项目的要求,完成了一套基于虚拟仪器、DSP和CPLD技术的自动化测试系统设计;测试系统的硬件由主测试板、接口适配器和通用化测试模块组成,主测试板采用DSP+CPLD技术设计,负责数据的实时采集及处理,通用测试模块由搭建的虚拟仪器平台来完成波形测试、信号发生和电源的实时监测;系统测试软件采用LabWindows/CVI软件平台开发,主要任务是完成人机交互;该测试系统已成功应用于某型号伺服控制组件的出厂调试与质检工作,实践表明,系统设计合理,工作可靠,自动化程度高,具有较强的实用性,满足了自动化、通用化、模块化的设计要求。
The test requirements of the servo control division equipments is investigated. An auto--testlng system is introduced, which is based on virtual instrument, DSP and CPI.D lechnology. This system is composed of main tesling board, the interface adapters module. and general testing module. The main testing hoard built on DSP and CPLD technology is responsible for real time data acquisition and handling. The general testing module constructed by virtual instrument accomplishes wave testing, signal generating and real--time power moni toring. The testing software based on LabWindows/CVI platform deals with the human --machine interface. The testing system has been applied to the debugging and quality--testlng tasks of servo control division equipments. The experimental result shows that it is practical and effective to improve the testing efficiency.
