摘要
就监理风险分析在施工阶段的运用作了介绍。从质量目标、进度目标、投资目标风险分析及对策阐述了监理风险分析的内容。指出风险的引入作为监理业更深一层进步的表现 。
In this paper the application of supervision risk analysis in construction stage is analyzed. And from quality object, scheduling object, investment objective risk analysis and countermeasures the content of supervision risk analysis are elaborated. Author points out that the introducing of risk is a inevitable change for supervision industry for experimental type to technical type.
