摘要
工程建设监理过程中有许多风险因素,这些因素一旦出现势必影响监理目标的实现,作为监理工程师必须事先了解分析这些因素出现的可能性以及出现后对监理目标的影响程度。着重探讨了对风险因素的识别和管理,提出了风险防范措施,为监理工程师工作提供了参考依据。
During the supervision of engineering construction, there are quite a few factors causing risks, which will inevitably affect the realization of supervision objective. A supervision engineer should know how to analyze the possibilities of the risks and if the degree of influence. This paper mainly discusses how to tell and cope with risk factors and preventive measures for the references of all supervision engineers.
