摘要
合同管理是建设工程管理的重要内容之一，文章针对建设工程合同中存在的风险进行了分析，并提出了减少或避免合同风险的对策建议。
Contract management is one of the important parts of construction management. This article analyzes the risk in construction contracts and raises some suggestions to decrease and avoid the risk.
