第六周人胚肾和生殖腺发育的形态学观察

MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ON 6th-WEEK DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN KIDNEYS AND GONADS

摘要 作者对坐高9.5、11及12mm三个第六周人胚肾和生殖腺的发育进行观察。依Felix方法,按神经节次序测定三种肾和生殖腺的位置,并与国外相应胚龄的人胚作比较,研讨其异同点。结果表明,该三个人胚的外形、肾、生殖腺和其他器官的发育情况,9.5mm者属第ⅩⅥ,11和12mm人胚属第ⅩⅥ。 The development of kidney and gonadof 3-6th-week human embryos were studied.Their positions at different developing stageswere measured in terms of the sequence ofneural ganglion according to Felix's method.The 9.5 mm embryo: Pronephrons are seenas 2 epithelial blind tubules on the rightside and 1 on the left at the 6th cervicalganglion level. The lateral tubule on theright side and the left one are pronephricducts, whereas the medial one on the rightside is the pro n ephric tubule. The cranialends of mesonephrons on both sides level atthe 1st thoracic ganglia and run caudally tothe 11th thoracic ganglia; their total numbera mount to 62. The mesonephric ducts on bothsides firstly appear opposite to the 1st thoracicganglia and open caudally into the cloaca.The metanephrons, the ureteric buds areunbranched yet and the metanephric meso-derm appears as clusters of cells on bothsides. The gonads are indifferent. The 11 mmembryo: Pronephrons degenerated. The cra-nial ends ef mesonephric tubules locate atthe 3rd thoracic ganglia level on both sidesand extend caudally to the level of 11thganglion in the right side and 12th in theleft; their total number amounts to 65. Mc-sonephric ducts appear opposite to the 4ththoracic ganglia on both sides, running cau-dally, and open into the cloaca. Metanc-phrons, the ureteric buds rive off 1st gradebranches on both sides and metanephric me-soderm remain as clusters of ceils. The gon-ads are indifferent. The 12 mm embryo:Pronephrons degenerated. The cranial endof the right mesonephric tubules appear a-gainst the 5th thoracic ganglion while thatof the left ones, the 4th ganglion; seventy-fourin total; they run caudally to the 1st lumbarganglion level. The right mesonephric ductappears against the 6th thoracic ganglion andthe left one at the 5th; caudally, they openinto the cloaca. Metanephrons, the uretericbuds give off the 1st grade branches, me-tanephric mesoderm remain as clusters ofceils. The gonads are indifferent.
