摘要
本文采用灌注、解剖剥离等方法对86例胎儿脾动脉的起始位置、类型、走行与胰腺的位置关系进行了观察,并测量了脾动脉的长度和外径,结果表明:胎儿脾动脉绝大多数起于腹腔动脉,且与肝动脉共干,其走行与胰腺有四种位置关系,脾动脉外径与长度均与坐高呈正相关关系。
The position and types of the splenic artery and course were observed in 86 fetal cadavers by injecting and dissecting,also the splenic artery length and ist caliber were measured.The results are as follows:the most splenic artery derives from the coeliac artery along with the hepatic artery,there are four kinds of relationship between its eourse and the pancreas,the length and cal- iber of the splenic artery are positively related to the sitting height.
