摘要
研究了化妆品级ＩＳＤ０１７ＡＰ型制冷ＣＣＤ的性能、结构及驱动信号时序、电平、宽度各参数要求，芯片制冷以及应用时考虑的问题，并介绍了其在Ｘ射线成像检测中的应用。
The features, structure and detailed explanation of pins, timing, level and width of clock signal, chip cooling and temperature measurement of cosmetic grade ISD017AP are introduced, as well as questions in its application in scientific grade CCD camera. Its application in radiography is also introduced.
