介绍了科学级制冷 ＣＣＤ器件 ＩＳＤ０１７ＡＰ的主要性能、结构及管脚，设计了构成相机的制冷电路与驱动时钟电路，对相机的暗电流和光响应不一致性进行了分析和校正。并介绍了其在高质量射线数字成像检测中的应用。
