猪伪狂犬病流行病学特征、净化技术及其应用示范 被引量:71

摘要 自20世纪80年代以来,伪狂犬病严重影响全球养猪业,我国也不例外,部分发达国家消灭了家猪的伪狂犬病。近5年来,国家生猪产业技术体系疫病防控功能研究室,参考国际先进经验,结合我国猪伪狂犬病现状和净化目标,制定了"流行病学调查、强化免疫、检测淘汰、清群、监测维持"等5个阶段的净化方案,加强生物安全体系,在综合试验站开展技术应用与示范,取得了明显的效果,同时分析研究了新出现的猪伪狂犬病,提出了初步的解决方案。 Since 1980 s, the pig industry in China and other countries has been severely affected by swine pseudorabies, which was eradicated from domestic pigs in some developed countries. In last 5 years, the eradication technologies and eradivation program for China pig industry have been composed by the scientists in disease prevention and control research unit of China Agricultural(Swine industry) Research System(CARS-36). Our program is the adaption of international practical protocols on the basis of China current status and requirements for prevention and control of swine pseudorabies. This program consists of 5 stages including "epidemiological investigation, strong immunization, detection and removal, depopulation, monitoring and maintenance. The biosafety measures are also emphasized. Our eradication program has been applied in pig farms belonging to CARS, leading to greatly achievements.In addition, the novel pseudorabies is also analyzed and primary preventive and control solutions are suggested.
