摘要
目前,医疗卫生行业迅速发展壮大,逐渐与国际接轨,各种临床诊断和治疗方案层出不穷。对于因为各种血液成分改变而引起的临床症状和疾病,输血治疗已然成为常规的治疗手段。其中,血小板的临床应用也越来越多,对于血小板数量减少或血小板功能异常的患者,选择血小板输血治疗常常成为临床首选治疗方案。
At present,with the rapid development and expansion of the health care industry,gradually in line with international standards,a variety of clinical diagnosis and treatment options emerge in endlessly.For the clinical symptoms and diseases caused by a variety of changes of blood components,clinical transfusion therapy has already become a routine treatment.Among them,clinical application of platelet has been more and more,especially for patients with reducing platelet count or abnormal function of platelet,platelet transfusion therapy often become the preferred clinical treatment.However,platelet transfusion effect is not satisfactory,because of this,the platelet transfusion effect and the way to dealing with platelet refractoriness were more and more concerned and paid attention by the majority of medical workers.Now the status and effect of platelet transfusion therapy,platelet transfusion refractoriness analysis,the coping strategies for platelet refractoriness and platelet transfusion therapy prospect forecast were reviewed.
