恶性肿瘤患者输注血小板悬液67例疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察恶性肿瘤患者血小板输注的效果。方法:回顾性分析67例恶性肿瘤患者输注血小板的次数、是否合并感染及对实体瘤疗效的影响。结果:白血病组有效率为81.3%,实体瘤组为85.7%(P>0.05);血小板输注≤4次者有效率为97.8%,输注5￣8次者为78.2%,输注>8次者为61.0%(P<0.05);感染组有效率为75.9%,非感染组为94.7%(P<0.05)。结论:血小板输注次数及感染因素对血小板输注效率有影响。
