摘要
为了解决武汉市既有居住建筑外窗节能改造过程中存在的技术经济性难题,通过现场勘测与市场调研,采用De ST-h能耗模拟软件对遴选的可实施的既有建筑节能改造方案能耗模拟,分析了外窗改造的节能潜力,并根据市场造价,讨论了可实施的外窗改造方案的经济性及社会效益。综合节能标准、改造效果与方案经济性进行分析比选,得到了适用于武汉市居住建筑外窗节能改造的优选方案。
To solve the technical and economic problems that emerge in building exterior window retrofitting of existing residential building in Wuhan, through the field survey and market research, the energy consumption of practical existing buildings is calculated using the De ST-h energy consumption simulation software before and after energy conservation transformation. Analyze the energy saving potential of exterior window transformation, the economy and social benefit of multiple solutions on the grounds of the market cost is discussed. Finally, taking energy-saving standards, energy conservation efficiency and economy into consideration, the optimal scheme of exterior window retrofitting for residential buildings in Wuhan is obtained.
