严寒地区乡村新旧住宅能耗及节能分析

Energy Consumption and Energy Saving Analysis of Novel and Conventional Rural Residential Buildings in Severe Cold Areas

摘要 严寒地区乡村住宅能源消耗大,能源利用率低,尤其是传统老式住宅。新建或改造住宅与节能措施的应用成为改善此问题的重点。为此,探讨不同节能措施的应用效果,构建符合安达地区乡村住宅现状与发展需求的4种单体住宅模式,基于DeST-S研究住宅模式、外窗类型、室内温度和相变地板对住宅能耗的影响。结果表明:附加太阳房实用相变地板住宅相较传统住宅全年节能11.33%,是新农村建设的可选住宅模式;高透低辐射玻璃相较普通中空玻璃可降耗10.79%~12.79%;住宅室内采暖和制冷温度建议设定为16~18℃和26~28℃;相变地板厚度建议为5~10 mm。 The rural residential buildings consume large amounts of energy in severe cold areas,especially the traditional and old-fashioned residential buildings,which have lower energy utilization rate.It is the key point to solve this problem that the new building or residential renovation and the application of energy saving measures.Therefore,the application effect of different energy saving measures were discussed,and four kinds of models for typical single residential buildings were constructed to meet the current situations and development needs of rural residential buildings in and a area.Conducting study on energy consumption of residential buildings from the influence of residential building patterns,types of outer glazed windows,indoor temperature and layer thickness of phase change floor based on DeST-S.The results showed that the practical house with PCM floor could save energy consumption by 11.33%compared with the traditional house in the whole year,which is the optional residence mode of new rural construction.With respect to ordinary hollow glazed window,the high-permeability and low-radiation glazed window can reduce energy consumption from 10.79%to 12.79%.And it is recommended to set the indoor temperature of heating and cooling for residential buildings at 16~18℃and 26~28℃,respectively,and the optimum layer thickness of phase change floor was 5~10 mm.
