摘要
介绍了外墙外保温、外窗节能改造、遮阳和分项计量等节能技术在南京某科研楼节能改造工程中的应用,并分析了节能改造后的节能效果和经济效益。从建筑气候特点和节能技术的合理应用等方面,对既有公共建筑节能改造提出了相关的建议。供既有公共建筑节能改造借鉴。
The technical application of external wall thermal insulation, energy-saving reconstruction of external window, external sun- shade and subentry metering in pilot project of a scientifw research building of Nanjing city was introduced, and the energy-saving effect and economic benefits which are after energy-saving reconstruction were analyzed. Then, according to the climatic characteristics of the construction and rational use of energy-saving technology, some suggestions on the energy Asaving reconstruction of existing public build- ings were put forward. In conclusion, the suggestions can provide reference for energy-soving reconstruction.
