瘦素在高血压发病机制中的作用 被引量:11

摘要 瘦素(leptin)是一种由肥胖基因(ob基因)编码的、167个氨基酸组成、分子量约16kD的蛋白质类激素,主要由脂肪细胞合成和分泌[1]。瘦素进入血液循环后作用于中枢和外周不同亚型的瘦素受体,主要功能是通过中枢系统抑制食欲、增加能量消耗以调节能量平衡。另外,瘦素具有广泛的生物学效应,如调节免疫、炎症、造血等[2],还能通过各种方式参与高血压、
