摘要
目的探讨体成分与高血压患病之间的关系。方法选取2018年1-7月期间在河南省某三甲医院体检科进行体检的人群为研究对象,采用生物电阻抗方法测定体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、体脂百分比、腰臀比、内脏脂肪下面积(visceral fat area,VFA)等体成分指标,另测量体检人群血压等。分析体成分指标与高血压患病风险之间的关系。结果本次共纳入研究对象2803例,高血压检出率为26.58%。logistic回归分析显示,男性(OR=2.26,95%CI:1.63~3.14)、年龄越大(OR=1.07,95%CI:1.05~1.66)、腰臀比超标(OR=1.32,95%CI:1.06~1.08)、BMI≥24.0 kg/m^2(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.02~1.72)和VFA越大(OR=1.01,95%CI:1.01~1.02)的体检人群罹患高血压的风险越高。腰臀比、BMI和VFA对男女高血压患病的预测截点分别为0.93、25.20 kg/m^2、84.95 cm^2和0.87、22.73 kg/m^2、96.25 cm^2。结论体脂比、腰臀比、VFA与高血压的患病有明显相关性,VFA对高血压预测作用最大,为建立高血压的一级预防提供了重要参考。
Objective To explore the relationship between body composition and suffering from hypertension.Methods The subjects were selected from the physical examination department of a grade-A tertiary hospital in Henan province from January to July in 2018.The body composition indexes,such as body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio and visceral fat area(VFA),and blood pressure were measured by bioelectrical impedance radiometry.The relationship between body composition index and risk of suffering from hypertension was analyzed.Results A total of 2,803 cases were included in this study.The detection rate of hypertension was 26.58%.Logistic regression analysis showed that male cases(OR=2.26,95%CI:1.63-3.14)and cases with advanced age(OR=1.07,95%CI:1.05-1.66),higher waist-to-hip ratio(OR=1.32,95%CI:1.06-1.08),BMI≥24.0 kg/m^2(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.02-1.72)and higher VFA(OR=1.01,95%CI:1.01-1.02)were at higher risk of hypertension.The waist-to-hip ratio,BMI and VFA cut-off points for predicting hypertension in males were 0.93,25.20 kg/m^2 and 84.95 cm^2,and those in females were 0.87,22.73 kg/m^2 and 96.25 cm^2.Conclusions Body fat ratio,waist-to-hip ratio and VFA are significantly correlated with the occurrence of hypertension.VFA plays the most important role in predicting hypertension,and provides important references for establishing primary prevention of hypertension.
