摘要
根据储物箱的结构特点与工艺分析,采用Pro/E软件进行产品三维建模和注射模设计,使用热流道注射提高产品质量;运用先进的注射成型分析软件Moldfl ow,对所设计的储物箱模具进行仿真分析,确定最佳的流道、浇口与冷却水道的排布;通过采用横向侧抽芯方式实现产品的侧面通孔的脱模,成功地应用于生产实践。
According to the structural features and process analysis of storage box,Pro/E software was used for 3D modeling of plastic part and mould structure,the hot runner technology was applied to improve the plastic part quality. The mould was simulated and analyzed by using high level injectiontooling Moldflow to optimize the feeding and cooling system. Side core-pulling were used for demolding of the molded part. The design was successfully applied in practice.
