Pro/E在汽车内饰件转向护板注塑模设计中的应用

Application of Pro/E Software in Design of Plastic Injection Mould for Steering Protection Board of Automobile Interiors

摘要 应用CAD/CAE技术对汽车内饰件转向护板注塑模具进行了设计。运用Pro/E软件对模具整体结构进行了三维设计。根据产品的结构,采用一模两腔布局,侧浇口浇注,应用斜顶侧抽芯机构简化了模具结构。并利用Moldflow软件对模具进行了CAE分析,模拟了气穴的分布,设计了排气系统。 The injection mould for the steering protection board of the automobile interiors was designed by using CAD/CAE technology. The 3D design of the mould was performed by Pro/E software. According to the structure of the product, a two-cavity, side gating system and the tilt mandrel of the side-pulling mechanism were adopted, which simplified the injection mould structure. CAE analysis of the mould was performed by Moldflow software, the distribution of air pocket was simulated, and the exhaust system was also designed.
