摘要
针对耳机支架塑料件的结构特点,设计了一模一腔冷、热流道联合的注塑成型两板模模具,模腔采用热流道–冷流道–侧浇口浇注方式,减少冷流道的长度,确保浇注过程稳定可靠。针对脱模问题设计了内、外壁双面对碰成型脱模机构,内壁采用一种斜顶延时两次脱模机构,外壁采用斜滑块弯销抽芯机构。斜顶机构设计为两次侧抽芯,第一次为斜顶侧面抽芯,第二次为斜顶上型针的抽芯;配合斜顶的功能需要,设计了模外插杆驱动型先复位机构,以防止斜顶复位时与斜滑块干涉;复位杆下端增设一胶垫,以防止斜顶复位时反复冲击型芯镶件造成磨损导致产品的飞边缺陷。
According to the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of the earphone bracket,an injection mold with one mold and one cavity cold and hot flow channel was designed. The mold cavity adopts the hot flow channel-cold flow channel-side gate casting method to reduce the length of the cold flow channel and ensure the stable and reliable pouring process. In order to solve the problem of demoulding,a double face forming demoulding mechanism for inner and outer wall was designed. The inclined top mechanism was designed for two side core pulling,the first is the inclined top side core pulling,the second is the inclined top needle core pulling. According to the function requirement of the inclined roof,the first reset mechanism of the driving type of the plug rod was designed to prevent the interference between the inclined roof and the sliding block. A rubber pad is added at the lower end of the reset bar to prevent the flanging defect caused by the repeated impact of the core insert during the inclined top reset.
