摘要
缺血性脑卒中是多种机制相互作用的复杂病理生理过程,经方栝楼桂枝汤在治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛方面效果良好,但是对其物质基础及作用机制的研究却较少,因此对栝楼桂枝汤全方到单味药治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进行归纳,为更深层次的研究提供思路。
Ischemic stroke is a complex pathophysiological process of interaction between a variety of mechanisms. Gua Lou Gui Zhi decoction （GLGZT） has long been used in China to clinically treat dysfunction after stroke such as post -apoplectic limb spasm, but the precise material basis and mechanisms are largely unknown, so the semen cassia twig decoction all parties to the single drug treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy, summarized the research, so for research on treatment of ischemic stroke by Gualou Guizhi decoction summarized in order to providing ideas for deeper research.
