摘要
目的:探讨回授式康复训练在大活络胶囊治疗中风偏瘫患者中的效果。方法:选取本院2020年1月—2021年12月就诊的中风偏瘫患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45)。两组均给予大活络胶囊治疗,其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合回授式康复训练,比较两组运动功能、肌张力及护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组运动功能评分高于对照组,肌张力评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:针对大活络胶囊治疗的中风偏瘫患者,联合回授式康复训练能够改善其肢体功能,降低肌张力,提升护理效果,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of feedback rehabilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia treated by Dahuoluo capsule.Methods:A total of 90 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=45) according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with Dahuoluo capsule,the control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was combined with feedback rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.The motor function,muscle tension and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the muscle tension score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with hemiplegia treated with Dahuoluo capsule,combined feedback rehabilitation training can improve their limb function,reduce muscle tension,improve nursing effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
