microRNA参与急性肾损伤的研究进展 被引量:1

Research Development of MicroRNA Involving in Acute Kidney Injury

摘要 急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是一种涉及多学科的临床常见危重病症。AKI的发病率在综合性医院为5%~15%,在重症监护病房则达30%~60%[1-3]。2004—2008年176 155例住院患者的流行病学研究数据[4]显示,住院患者AKI发病率为3.19%,病死率为19.68%,经校正后AKI患者对所有患者住院病死率的比值比(OR)为9.86。
