急性肾损伤的概念、危险因素和长期预后

摘要 急性肾损伤近年来提出的概念，也是目前的研究热点。急性肾损伤是住院患者的常见并发症，在ICU中发病率尤其高，其病因和病情复杂，转归和预后不良。因此，本文就它的新近诊断标准、危险因素以及人肾预后作一综述。
