含阿托伐他汀大鼠血清对TNF-α损伤人脐静脉内皮细胞生长因子的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察促炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNG-α)对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响,探讨阿托伐他汀抗动脉粥样硬化机制。方法运用内皮体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞方法,采用免疫组化方法观察TNF-α损伤的VEGF表达影响。结果TNF-α使人脐静脉内皮细胞中VEGF表达增加。结论阿托伐他汀可以抑制炎症刺激导致的人脐静脉内皮细胞VEGF的表达,具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
