摘要
通过对国内24部体育法学教材的分析与梳理,发现体育法学的快速发展迫切需要教材编写范式的转变。纵观体育法学教材的发展历程,总结30年来的知识生产概况,将其分为三种类型:法条解读类、法学理论类、理论实践类。这三种类型呈现出从知识导向到实践导向的内容转变,即从思辨到实证的研究范式转变。
The paper analyses 24 sports law textbooks in China and the development of sports law needs changes of textbook compiling paradigm.The paper classifies the sports law textbook into three types,regulation illustration,law theory and theoretical practice.The three types show the tendency from knowledge orientation to practice orientation,from theoretical thinking to empirical study.
