摘要
运用面板数据的协整检验和误差修正模型,对我国各省市地区人力资本离散系数与FDI的关系进行了分区域研究。实证结果表明:短期来看,除了中部地区和西部地区的人力资本离散程度和FDI表现出双向因果关系之外,东部地区并不表现出二者有短期因果关系,在全国范围来看这种因果关系也不明显;长期来看,除了东部地区,中、西部地区都显示人力资本离散程度和FDI有显著负相关关系,而且全国来看这种长期相关关系也很显著。因此,建议中、西部加大教育投资,缩小人力资本离散程度,以期吸引更多外商直接投资。
In this paper, we studied the relationship between human capital dispersion coefficient and FDI in different regions of china, using cointegration test and error correction model with panel data. The empirical results show that, in the short term, the degree of dispersion of human capital and FDI showed a bidirectional cansality in central and western regions, while in the eastern region this phenomenon doesnt exist, and this causality in nationwide relationship is also not clear; however, in the long term, central and western regions show a significant negative correlation between the degree of dispersion of human capital and FDI, and this long - term relationship in national perspective is also very significant. Therefore, in order to attract more foreign direct investment, we propose that western areas should increase investment in education to reduce the degree of dispersion of human capital.
