摘要
为研究青岗坪煤矿42104综放面ZF6800/18/35液压支架工作阻力的适应性,通过相似材料模拟实验分析了支架合理工作阻力、现场观测的手段分析了支架工作阻力分布特征及支架使用效率。分析结果表明本套支架在4^(-2)煤层开采适应性较好,支架选型基本能够满足该矿地质条件要求,但支架初撑力偏低。若从整个井田支架工作阻力普遍适用性考虑,青岗坪煤矿支架合理工作阻力应保持在8 000 k N。研究也可为相同类型综放面支架选型和顶板控制提供参考。
In order to study the suitability of ZF6800 /18 /35 hydraulic supports used in №42104 fully mechanized caving face,the reasonable working resistance of hydraulic supports was analyzed by similar material simulation experiment,and the working resistance distribution and supporting efficiency of hydraulic supports was researched by field observation. The analysis results show that the hydraulic supports can adapt the geological and mining conditions of 4-^2coal seam,but the setting load of hydraulic supports must be appropriately increased. If considering the geological conditions of whole minefield,the working resistance of hydraulic supports should be increased to 8 000 k N. The study conclusion can provide reference for the selection of hydraulic supports and roof control in similar geological conditions.
