摘要
陈家山煤矿422综放工作面周期来压产生强烈压力导致工作面支架下陷、"死架",人行通道高度不够影响安全生产。结合KJ216顶板动态监测系统,通过对初撑力与顶板下沉量、与工作阻力、与"死架"事故的分析,指出形成"平衡式"支护系统的重要性,提出合理选定支架阻力的方法,使问题得到解决,实现了安全生产。
In No422 fully mechanized caving mining face of Chenjiashan coal mine, the strong periodic pressure leads support subsid- ence and lack of walkway height and then safety production is effected. By using the data of KJ216 roof dynamic monitoring system, the paper analyzed the relationship of support's setting load with working resistance and roof subsidence, pointed out the important of the balance of support system, proposed the selection method of reasonable support resistance and achieved safety production.
