摘要
以西安市碑林区中心城区为例,深入分析其地下空间开发利用存在的问题,在此基础上提出点、线、面三种地下空间开发利用模式,探究中心城区多元化、立体化开发的适宜实施路径,并提出促进地下空间合理开发利用的建议,为其它城市类似开发利用提供参考。
The paper takes the central zone in Xi＇an Beilin district as a case study,analyzes the problems existing in underground space development,thus proposes developing modes of point,line and surface,explores suitable path from the perspective of diversification and three-dimensions for the development of central zone. Finally proposes suggestions for the underground space development,provides references for similar cities.
