摘要
目的以某县人民医院为例,探讨医保制度与住院费用的关系,分析不同医保制度对住院费用的影响。方法采用描述性分析比较不同医保患者的年龄、性别、住院天数的分布情况和住院费用的构成差别。采用多元逐步回归法找出住院费用的影响因素。结果在住院总费用方面,职工医保和自费患者明显高于居民医保和新农合患者,影响住院费用的主要因素是住院天数、入院情况和付费方式等。结论不同医疗保险制度的住院费用差异性显著,政府应控制住院费用不合理上涨,促进卫生服务的公平性。
OBJECTIVE To a people＇ s hospital of a county as sample explore the relationship between the cost of health care system and hospital,and then study the effects of different care on hospitalization expenses.METHODS Descriptive analysis and comparison of Medicare patients with different age,sex,the composition of the distribution of hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses.Multiple stepwise regression method was used to find out the influence factors of hospitalization expenses.RESULTS In terms of total hospitalization expenses,worker health care system and self-pay residents were significantly higher than in patients with health care and new pattern rural cooperative medical system,the main factors influencing the hospitalization expenses was the number of days in hospital,the hospital situation,payment method,etc.CONCLUSION Boundary of different medical insurance system in hospital cost the government should control the unreasonable rise in hospitalization costs and promote health service fairness.
