摘要
通过对江苏十一个点的调研,就新农合和城镇居民医保的保障待遇水平进行比较研究。具体从资金筹集、保障模式、支付方式等方面展开具体的数据收集和理论分析。
This paper analyzes the Insurance Benefits between the new rural cooperative medical schemes and basic medical security for urban residents in jiangshu, based on surveying in eleven areas of Jiangsu. It evaluates the financing and reimbursement model,ensure patterns and methods of payment between the two systems.
