摘要
西安一个课题组通过对三类医保患者住院费用的比较分析,发现农民的费用竟然比居民高,揭露了医院过度医疗的严重性。医院应加强费用控制,医保应强化费用审核,二者相互钳制,同时实施5种人群5项指标公示,以更有力地削减过度医疗。
According to a research on hospitalization expense comparison among basic medical insurance insured,basic resident medical insurance insured and NCMS insured developed by a Xian research team,the expense which covered by NCMS was higher than those who was covered by basic resident medical insurance.The severity of medical service over use was disclosed.Hospital should strengthen expense control,medical insurance institutes should strengthen expense audit.These two institutes should check and balance and 5 indictors should be publicly notified to 5 kinds of people as well to reduce over use of medical service.
