中美中等职业教育教师专业标准比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational Education Teachers between China and America

摘要 选取中美中职教师专业标准文本,对两国专业标准的内容构架及具体内容进行了深入、系统的比较,得出美国中职教师专业标准对我国的启示:一要树立全纳教育理念,平等对待每位学生;鼓励学生积极参与;促进学生个性发展;倡导沟通与合作。二要重视行业知识和职场知识。三要关注专业技能与专业发展,关注情境学习环境的创设技能,提升教学评价能力,加强教学反思能力。 This paper compared deeply and systematically the content framework and concrete contents of the professional standards for secondary vocational teachers between China and America. By comparative study, the inspiration of completing the professional standards for vocational teachers of China as well as implementing the "professional standards for teachers of secondary vocational schools(Trial)" from the standards for secondary vocational teachers of America can be concluded as: firstly, establish the concept of inclusive education, i.e. equally treat each student, encourage students to actively participate in education, implement individualized teaching and advocate the concept of co-operative education; secondly, place weight on industrial and vocational knowledge; lastly, pay attention to the professional skills and development and the capability of environment creation, improve the abilities for evaluation and reflection of teaching.
