德、美、澳职教师资职前培养模式比较研究 被引量：9

摘要 国外一些国家在职业教育方面取得了举世瞩目的成绩,这源于他们有一批素质优良的职教师资,这些国家卓有成效的职教师资培养,尤其是在职业教育师资的职前培养方面有许多好的成功的经验。研究比较这些国家职教师资的职前培养模式,对于改进我国职教师资的培养具有重要意义。
