摘要
首先介绍了动车组CRH车轴箱轴承故障诊断的国内外发展现状,其次讨论了滚动轴承的振动机理,最后研究了滚动轴承故障诊断系统中常用的几种振动分析方法如时域参数指标诊断法,冲击脉冲法,以及共振解调法等,并对各种方法的特点进行了比较。
This paper firstly introduces the developing situation of the axle box bearing for CRH fault diagnosis at home and a-broad;secondly, it discusses the mechanism of rolling bearing vibration;at last, it studies several common vibration analysis methods to the fault diagnosis system of rolling bearing, which includes the time-domain parameters diagnostics, the shock pulse method, and the resonance demodulation method. In addition, characteristics of various methods are compared.
