摘要
分析了电力机车牵引电机激动轴承故障诊断系统中单片机应用的特点,介绍了单片机完成诊断系统中采样、工况分析、人机对话和数据存档等功能的方法,并讨论了单片机系统软、硬件设计中的关键问题。
This article analyses the specific application characteristics of single-chip mi-crocomputer used in fault diagnosis system of traction motor’s roller bearing on electrical Iocomotives,introduces the method of vibration signal sampling,state distinguishing,parameter inputing,analysis result outputing and data storing in this system,and discusses the main problems on its design of hardware and software.
