摘要
目的：研究头孢噻肟（ｃｅｆｏｔａｘｉｍｅ，ＣＴＸ）在５０ｇ·Ｌ－１葡萄糖输液中与维生素Ｂ６等６种注射剂配伍的稳定性，为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法：选择２５，３７℃在５ｈ内观察配伍液的外观、ｐＨ及ＣＴＸ紫外光谱的变化，用紫外分光光度法测定ＣＴＸ的含量。结果：其稳定性与温度和ｐＨ有关。结论：在２５℃，与６种注射剂配伍５ｈ内都稳定可用；在３７℃，与维生素Ｃ、氨茶碱注射剂配伍，则最好在３ｈ内用完。
OBJECTIVE:To study the sability of cefotaxime(CTX) mixed with vitamin B 6 etc.in 50 g·L -1 glucose injection solution,and provide a scientific basis for rationalized use of CTX.METHOD:The mixed solution caused the changes in the appearance and pH and CTX UV spectrum at 25,37℃ in 5 hours.The content of CTX was determined by UV spectrophotometer.RESULTS:The stability was related to the changes in temperature and pH.CONCLUSION:The solutions were all stable at 25℃ for 5 hours,and ideally used in 3 hours when compatibility with vitamin C,aminophylline at 37℃.
