摘要
目的探究止血方治疗肾性血尿的临床疗效。方法肾性血尿患者60例,采用随机数字表随机分为2组,每组30例。其中对照组给予潘生丁、芦丁等常规西药治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上应用中药止血方治疗。2组均15 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后,检测临床总有效率,对比治疗前后患者离心尿检红细胞数量、24 h尿蛋白含量的改善情况。结果经治疗后,2组患者临床症状有所善,治疗组患者治疗后总有效率为86.67%,对照组患者治疗后总有效率为73.33%,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后2组患者离心尿检红细胞数量、24 h尿蛋白含量的比较显示,2组患者均有所好转,且治疗组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止血方具有补脾益肾、益气养阴、清利湿热、凉血止血之功效,能够明显改善肾功能,降低离心尿检红细胞数量,减少蛋白尿,有效治疗肾性血尿。
Objective To explore the curative effect of hemostatic treating renal hematuria. Methods Selection of 60 renal hematuria patients with random number table randomly divided into two groups, each group 30 cases, the control group was given Dipyfidamole and Rutin etc. routine drug therapy, such as the treatment group were applied ill hemo- static of Chinese Medicine on the basis of control group hemostatic treatment. Two groups as a course of 15 days, two courses of treatment. After treatment, test the clinical total effective rate, compared with patients before and after treat- ment of centrifugal urine red blood cell quantity, the improvement of the 24 h urine protein. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were better, the treatment group patients after treatment the total effective rate was 86.67% ,control group patients＇ total effective rate was 73.33% ,treatment group effectiveness was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of patients after treatment of centrifugal urine red blood cell quantity, the 24 h urine protein, according to the comparison of two groups of patients were improved, and treatment group improved better than that of control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The hemostatic with tonifying spleen and kidney, nourishing qi and yin, clearing damp and hot, cool blood effect, can significantly improve renal function, reduce the centrifugal urine red blood cell quantity, reduce proteinuria, effective treatment for renal hematuria.
