摘要
[目的]观察止血方治疗肾小球性血尿的临床疗效。[方法]将30例肾小球性血尿的患者,进行中医辨证分型,均以止血方为基本方根据不同证型加减应用,观察患者的临床症状和尿化验的改善程度。[结果]肾小球性血尿的患者经应用止血方治疗后,临床症状和尿化验均有明显改善,以尿常规检查作为评定疗效的标准,总有效率达83.3%。[结论]通过中医辨证,以止血方加减治疗肾小球性血尿,可以有效的改善临床症状,减少尿中红细胞数量。
[Objective] To observe the hemostasis herbal prescription of clinical curative effect for the glomerular hematuria. [ Method] The sufferer of 30 glomerular hematuria, carry on the chinese medicine dialectical typing, all with the hemostasis herbal prescription for the basic prescription with adds and subtract for application according to the different dialectical typing, observation the sufferer of the clinical symptom and urine analyze of improvement degree. ~ Result ] The sufferer of glomerular hematuria after applyed the hemostasis herbal prescription, the clinical symptom and the routine urianlysis have an obvious improvement , to assess by wetting the routine urianlysis as the standard of curative effect, total efficient reach to 83.3%. [ Conclusion] Pass the chinese medicine dialectical typing to add and subtract by the hemostasis herbal prescription to treat glomerular hematuria, can improve clinical symptom effectively, reduce red cell quantity in urine.
