基于滚落状态下颗粒扩散的DEM模拟

DEM simulation on particle dispersion in rolling and falling mode

摘要 为探究滚筒冷渣机内颗粒扩散现象,采用DEM模拟滚筒中处于滚落状态下的颗粒群,得到颗粒群流经主动层时轴向位移变化量和径向位移变化量,得到颗粒群的平均扩散系数。结果表明,颗粒扩散现象受转速、填充率及滚筒直径的影响,并呈现一定的规律性。 To explore the particle dispersion in the roller cold slag machine, the paper applied the discrete element method(DEM) to simulate the rolling and falling particle swarm in the center of the roller, and obtained the axial displacement, radial displacement and average dispersion coefficient of the particle swarm while it flowed through the active layer. The results showed the particle dispersion was affected by the rotary speed, filling ratio and roller diameter with certain laws.
