摘要
川芎嗪是活血药川芎的有效成分,其抗肿瘤作用日渐受到关注,文章查阅了近十年关于川芎嗪抗肿瘤研究的文献报道,从影响肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡、侵袭与转移、耐药、肿瘤免疫、增效减毒等方面对川芎嗪的抗肿瘤作用进行了综述,发现川芎嗪可从多个途径、多个靶点对肿瘤的生长、侵袭、耐药等产生抑制作用,临床上与放化疗配合应用可起到的良好的增效减毒作用。
Ligustrazine is the effective component of Chuanxiong which is a blood activating herb and its antineoplastic effect is attracting more and more attention. We reviewed the literature about antineoplastic research of Ligustrazine of the past ten years,and then we reviewed the antineoplastic effect of Ligustrazine from the aspects of proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,invasion,chemotherapy resistance,tumor immunity,synergism and attenuation. We found that Ligustrazine can inhibit the proliferation,invasion,chemotherapy of tumor from multiple channels and multiple targets. What＇s more,Ligustrazine can play the role of synergism and attenuation when combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in clinical application.
