摘要
毛蕊花糖苷是一种水溶性的苯丙素苷类化合物,可从多种中草药中提取而来,其抗肿瘤作用日益受到关注,文章查阅了近十多年关于毛蕊花糖苷抗恶性肿瘤的研究报道,从其影响恶性肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭与转移和增强化疗药敏感性、预防保护性作用等方面对毛蕊花糖苷抗恶性肿瘤作用进行综述,发现毛蕊花糖苷可通过多靶点、多途径来抑制恶性肿瘤的生长、侵袭、耐药,同时促进其凋亡,并且与化疗药物联合有良好的增效作用,这也为抗恶性肿瘤药物的研发提供新的突破口。
Verbascoside is a water-soluble phenylpropanoid glycoside,which can be extracted from a variety of Chinese herbal medicines.Its anti-tumor effect has attracted more and more attention.Review the research reports on anti-malignant tumors of verbascoside in recent ten years,from the aspects of its effects on proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors,enhancing the sensitivity of therapeutics and preventing and protecting effects.The anti-malignant effect of verbascoside is reviewed.It is found that verbascoside can inhibit the growth,invasion and drug resistance of malignant tumors through multiple targets and pathways,and promote apoptosis of malignant tumors.The combination of verbascoside and chemotherapeutic drugs can play a good synergistic role,which also provides a new breakthrough for the research and development of anti-malignant tumors drugs.
