摘要
我国茶叶产量逐年增加,同时有大量的低值茶叶和茶副产品在栽培、生产加工等过程产生。对这部分资源充分利用将很大程度上推动我国茶叶产业的发展,不仅延长茶叶产业链,增加效益,而且能够提供更为丰富的社会资源。探讨了茶资源在物理增值加工、化学增值加工和综合增值加工方面的研究进展,同时提出茶叶增值加工发展过程中所面临的问题,对茶叶增值加工发展趋势进行展望。
The outputs of tea increase year by year in China.At the same time, the low-value and by-products of tea which were produced by tea cultivation and processing also increased.making full use of those tea resource will propel tea industry forward, extend the industrial chain and benefits, enriched the social resources.The methods of using tea resources were discussed, such as the physical value -added processing, chemical value-added processing and comprehensive value-added processing.In addition ,it raised the questions and prospects in tea value-added processing.
