摘要
过敏性鼻炎亦称为变态反应性鼻炎,为临床常见疾病,以突然和反复发作的鼻塞、流清涕、鼻痒、喷嚏等为主要特征。该病属中医学"鼻鼽"范畴,常反复发作、迁延难愈。我院欧阳枝磊教授系全国第三、四批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,其认为肾阳虚衰,邪害空窍乃本病发病病机,擅用"温阳通窍"法,自拟"温通饮"配合针灸治疗本病,颇具心得,特介绍如下。
Allergic rhinitis is a clinical common disease, which has the feature of sudden and recurrent stuffy nose, clear drivel, nasal itching and sneezing, etc.The disease belongs to category of “allergic rhinitis” of TCM, and often occurred recurrent attacks and was difficult to deal with.Professor Ouyang Zhi-lei is the academic inheriting experience instructor of national third and fourth batch of old Chinese medicine experts.Professor Ouyang Zhi-lei thought that deficiency of kidney yang and pathogens impairing sensory organs was the pathogenesis. Professor Ouyang Zhi-lei is good at using the warming yang for inducing resuscitation method, and has the experience of self-made Wentong drink combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.We would introduce the method as follows.
