摘要
温肺法是针对肺寒证而设的儿科常用治法,而现代儿科临床,多重视清热解毒等法,疏于对温肺法进行系统研究。本文补此不足,必将裨益于儿科临床。通过研究比较古今儿科温肺方药,总结了对临床的指导意义。强调温里、补益的主导作用,并进而提出了补益与驱邪同用、健脾与补肾同用的组方用药新思路。
Warming lung is a usual therapy to cold syndrome of lung. Modern Pediatrics rarely studies warming lung with emphasis on the relief of heat and toxic. Making up for that is significant for Pediatrics. A new thinking of combining invigoration and clearing evils and strengthening spleen and stomach is given based on the ancient and modern prescrip- tions of warming lung with significance to the clinics.
