西替利嗪巴布膏剂被动皮肤过敏反应的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察西替利嗪巴布膏剂对过敏反应的抑制作用。方法以天花粉为抗原,氢氧化铝凝胶为佐剂,先制备抗血清,再对大鼠进行被动皮肤致敏,48 h后尾静脉注射天花粉伊文思蓝溶液抗原攻击,进行激发,最后通过测定蓝色反应斑皮肤的吸光度,计算抑制百分率。结果巴布膏剂组与空白对照组相比,吸光度差异具有统计学意义。随着西替利嗪巴布膏剂剂量的增加,吸光度减小,抑制率增强。结论西替利嗪巴布膏剂对被动皮肤过敏反应有显著的抑制作用,有一定的临床应用意义。 Objective To determine the antihistamine effect of cetirizine cataplasm. Methods We used trichosanthin as the antigen, aluminum hydroxide gel as the adjuvant to prepare antiserum, and then conducted passive cutaneous anaphylaxis. After 48 hours, we injected trichosanthin evans blue solution to attack the rat. We calculated the inhibi- tion rate by determination of the absorbance. Results Compared with the blank control group, absorbance difference was statistically significant. The inhibition rate was increased with the dosage. Conclusion Cetirizine cataplasm can inhibit allergic reaction and can be used in clinical practice.
