摘要
自古以来,对"行(实践)"的认可与重视说明实践育人理念由来已久,但在实际运行中却难以实行,往往更侧重于课堂知识的传递。这有实践育人难以深入开展的客观制约因素存在,尤其对于文科类专业,但我们认为仍可尝试通过专业实践来构建实践育人体系。针对目前高校专业实践育人的难点,我们以浙江金融职业学院投资与理财专业为例,尝试从顶层设计开始贯彻实践主导人才培养的教育理念,完善课程体系,构建自主专业实践平台,发展新型师生关系,构建全方位、立体的实践育人体系,以建立长效的运行机制和保障机制。
People have voiced their approval and put a high value on practicep from the ancient times,which proves that the idea of practical education has a long history. However,its practice meets difficulties in colleges and universities,where people principally pass on knowledge in class. Objective factors hinder the deeper development of practical education system,especially for the majors in arts. In spite of this,we still believe that we can establish the practical education system through professional practice. In attempt to solve the problems in the practice of the system,this thesis takes investment finance major in Zhejiang Financial College as an example,and researches how to establish a complete and comprehensive practical education system by implementing practice- oriented talent training philosophy in the top design,improving curriculum system,constructing autonomous platform for professional practice,developing new teacher- student relationship and setting up long- lasting operational mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
