摘要
提出了培养西部特色电子信息专业人才的实践教学模式改革方向。重点探索了卓越电子信息工程师实践教学模式培养计划,以多元化的教学运行模式、企业深度参与人才培养、创办魅力电子节为具体改革内容,进而实现电子信息专业人才的实践和实验能力的提高。以提高学生创新能力为主线,提出了改革实验教学模式发展思路和改革途径实施方案,实践中采用了虚拟与现实实验技术相结合的多种实践教学手段。从学生就业专业、就业区域、就业率以及考研等实践效果来看,实践课程改革已经取得了一定有价值的成果。团队进行的电子信息专业实践课程的改革对我国西部地区的高速发展具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper puts forward the teaching model reform for training of specialists in the field of electronic information based on the western characteristics. It focuses on exploring practice teaching mode and operation mode,for the excellent electronic information engineer training plan. The mode requires diversified teaching,and enterprises to deeply involve in talent cultivation. It also requires to establish charm electronic section. These measures realize the improvement of experimental ability of electronic information professionals. In order to improve the students＇ innovative ability,we put forward the development way and reform the experiment teaching mode. The virtual and real experiment technologies are integrated. From enterprises where students are employed,and employment rate,the practice of curriculum reform has achieved some valuable results. These experiences have certain reference significance for the rapid development of China＇s western region.
