摘要
职业标准是国家对从事某项职业的人员在能力与素质上提出的基本要求,是行业对从业人员岗位资格的规范要求。职业教育是培养面向生产建设、服务第一线的应用型、管理型人才。因此,高职院校应以职业标准为导向制定教学计划、优化课程设置、规划师资队伍,真正实现"教学以致用"的办学理念。
The standard of vocation is our country's basic requirement for testing its workers' status. Vocational education aims at cultivating new talents who are able to work at the front line of production, service, and management as well. Thus, vocational and technical colleges should regard the vocational standard as the guideline to make the teaching plan, perfect curriculums and project the structure of the teaching staff. Only in this way can the thought 'teaching for the practical usage' come true.
